With a proven track record of success in yoga competitions and seminars, Roshan is committed to empowering his students through the ancient wisdom of yoga.
Teacher Training Yoga Course Level 1
YTTC Level 1 (200 hours) is primarily focused on extensive asana practice with beginner-level teaching techniques, cleansing practice, and a thorough introduction to Patanjali Yog Sutras & Bhagavad Gita.
Beyond philosophy, Nimai lila Das is a leader in the field of sound healing. Alongside his wife, they spearhead Swaram, a program dedicated to exploring the therapeutic potential of sound.
